INGREDIENTS Buttermilk Turkey Burger 1 Turkey Steak Tub of Butter Milk 100g Self Raising Flour 1 tbsp Paprika 1/2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper Cranberry & Beetroot Chutney Small pack of dried Cranberries 2 Beetroots grated 100 ml Balsamic Vinegar 2 tbsp Sugar Salt & Pepper Pig Blanket Burger 50 g Sausage Meat 1 Slice of Smoked Bacon sliced in half lengthways Sproutweed 20 sprouts very fifinely sliced Salt Butter Fried Stuffifing 1 Pack of Paxo 50 g Butter Turkey Gravy Bisto Turkey Gravy Other Ingredients Brioche Bun 3 Slices of Brie Pig Blanket Burger Shape sauasge meat into a thin patty. Wrap around the bacon and fry for two minutes on each side. Then simply add to a pre-heated oven (200 degrees for 10 minutes. Turkey Gravy Prepare as per packet instructions, add the juices from the pig blanket burger. Lightly toast the brioche bun and start to build your Festive burger. Remember to add the brie and the gravy to fifinish off this incredible seasonal treat....Enjoy! Cover in clingfifilm and chill for at least four hours. Mix together all the dry ingredients and set aside. Heat oil in a chip pan (180 degrees). Dip the turkey steak in the flflour until well coated and slowly drop into the hot oil and cook for fifive minutes. If you are not sure if it is cooked, then remove from the pan and make a small cut in the middle of the steak to check. Sproutweed Heat 500 ml of vegetable oil in a deep pan and add the sliced sprouts slowly. Be careful as the oil will begin to spit. Cook for three minutes or until the sprouts darken in colour. Remove from the pan onto kitchen roll and season with salt. Cranberry & Beetroot Chutney Add all the ingredients to a small pan and bring to the boil, Simmer for 30 minutes and then leave to cool. Butter Fried Stuffifing Prepare stuffifing as per package instructions. Leave to cool before shaping the stuffifing into thin patties and fry with the butter on a medium to high heat until golden brown.
