14th year of one Saddleworth’s spectacular & best loved events promises to be the best yet!
 After an already fantastic summer of events, Saddleworth is once again gearing itself up for another end of season classic.
An expected 1,200 revellers, come rain or shine are expected to come out in force to enjoy an afternoon and evening of merriment at Delph’s annual Party in the Park knees up.
Once again this fabulous event will be held at Delph & Dobcross Cricket Club, and this year organisers are confifident this will be one of the biggest and best since it all began back in 2005.
Last years lineup included the likes of Queen tribute band, Mercury, Malcolm Pitt with the magical sounds of Lionel Ritchie and Danny Lowrie, who is regarded as the best Robbie Williams tribute act in the country, as well as
Ska Britannia and top local bands Flatline and Neon.
This year, once again hosted by the one and only MIKE SWEENEY (musician and BBC GMR presenter), you can expect top performances from RULE THE WORLD (UK’s No 1 Take That Tribute Act), top Blondie and Debbie Harry tribute) FIONA SHAW, Michael Jackson tribute, FOREVER JACKSON and TANNI (Playing all your Bob Marley & Reggae favourites) to name just a few.Always a highlight, Delph Band will perform during the Proms fifinale and amazing fifirework display.

artists so, weather permitting, this should be a cracker!”
Party in the Park is organised every year to raise money towards the Delph Village Christmas Lights and other village community projects.
