There are people in this world who don’t like tonic, I know weird, and people who want something stronger than a gin and tonic.

Well to celebrate Spring we have a drink for you that packs a real punch. Named after 75mm Howitzer field gun we proudly present, our version, of the French 75.

This cocktail is simple and elegant, built straight in a champagne flute.

Ingredients:

Doctors Favorite Gin 50ml
Prosecco
Grenadine (splash)
Berries

Method:

Smash your berries of choice, we have gone for some blackberries

Pour in your measure of Doctors Favorite Gin.

Then splash in a dash of grenadine

Top up with Prosecco to finish.
