A Saddleworth Wedding

On Saturday 10th November 2018, Robert Garner married his one true love Miss Melissa Clements at the stunning and panoramic setting of  The Saddleworth Hotel located high in the Castleshaw Valley. The beautiful service was officiated by Oldham Registrars A. Urbanek and B. Gent, which was followed by a lavish reception within the hotel grounds.

The Autumn wedding party included Melissa’s parents Janet and Kenny Clements, who has captained both Oldham Athletic and Manchester City, as well as Robert’s parents Sylvia and Chris Garner. The honour of best man fell to both John McManus and David Raynor, who both did a great job. The role of chief bridesmaid was given to Holly Clements, whilst Susie Stoker, Lulu Garner and Willow Garner were simply magnificent bridesmaids throughout the day.

 

The Bride wore a stunning tan and cream fitted gown by Blush Bridal Boutique in Uppermill, whilst the bridesmaids looked lovely in brown and champagne dresses, also from Blush Bridal. In addition, the gentlemen looked great in stylish suits by Owen Scott of Huddersfield.

The couple’s wonderful wedding cake was created by Melissa’s auntie Susan and during the service, the couple exchanged beautiful rings by City Jewellers of Altrincham, Cheshire. The whole day was captured perfectly by For The Good Times Photography and the flowers were expertly created by Kirsty. The Wedding Car which was a Rolls Royce phantom drop-head coupe was supplied by The Saddleworth Hotel.

Other special mentions must go to The Saddleworth Hotel owners, Anthony and Sandi, as well as Daniella and Scott were magnificent throughout, and the couple thank them for making their dream wedding a reality.

Following their big day, the couple honeymooned in the Maldives at the exclusive Kuredu Spa Resort.
