Debbie Shaw is a qualified and experienced Practitioner with a Post Graduate Diploma in Person Centered Counselling and is a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

No-one should have to face a mental health problem alone and within my work I cover a range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self- esteem/low confidence. I offer a compassionate service allowing you to share your concerns in a confidential and non-judgemental environment. Together we will build a therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable and safe enough to explore your experiences and difficulties with me. We will work through your thoughts and feelings and through our counselling sessions you will be provided with the opportunity to gain the tools you need to encourage growth and move towards change.
