Join Dr Kershaw’s for their 13th annual Hospice to Hospice Walk on….
SUNDAY 28th APRIL

The 2019 annual fundraising extravaganza returns once again with an enjoyable 7.25-mile circular route taking in both Dr Kershaw’s and their neighbours at Springhill in Rochdale.

This year takes the slightest of detours as participants will be starting from Heyside Cricket Club to make sure the crowds stay clear of the builders who will be on site with the construction of the new car park prior to the new build at the hospice.

The rest of the route will stay the same with a halfway stop at Springhill, as well as sandwiches and drinks back at the start.

Now in its 13th year, this ever-popular walk will once again welcome hundreds of sponsored participants, many of whom walk year-on-year in memory of a loved one whilst others do it to get fit … or for fun! All for a great local cause! Why not get dressed up for the occasion…you won’t be alone!

Last year, there were over 500 walkers on the route, as well as a number of four-legged friends, so please feel free to bring your dog along as well to join in with the experience.

This year Dr Kershaw’s have a special doggie pack you can purchase for just £5 which includes drawstring bag, canine water bottle, poop bag dispenser with bags, as well as their very own sponsor form! If you would like a doggie pack on the day, then please register your dog alongside yourself!
