DOBCROSS WORLD WHISTLER GETS THE CALL TO FEATURE IN FORTHCOMING BLOCKBUSTING SEQUEL!

Dobcross’s very own World Champion whistler David Morris recently received a call to appear at Air Studios in London to record various whistling for the movie “ Mamma Mia, Here We Go Again” which is the sequel to the 2008 film Mamma Mia starring Pierce Brosnan and Meryl Streep.

“I had no idea which film it was until I arrived at the studio.” Says David.“Then I was told that Benny Andersson of Abba was there overseeing the music production so put two and two together.”
“It was certainly a great thrill to meet him having been an ABBA fan over the years.What a great a great guy!”

In the photo David can be seen in the studio with Benny and Anne Dudley, music director who coincidentally composed the
theme music to the TSB Bank TV ad campaign which David also features in.
The much anticipated movie is due for cinema release this July, so make sure you go and see it!
2018 is proving to be a busy year for David who is appearing in a concert in Dublin with the RTE Concert Orchestra in the National Theatre. Later in July he is off to the USA to perform in two concerts in St Louis, Missouri as guest soloist in the summer “Proms in the Park series”
