Kobe Coffee, Uppermill, is an independent specialist coffee shop set up by two Saddleworth brothers, Joe and George Ford.

The brothers have made sure the produce they use has been sourced from local butchers, bakers, greengrocers and dairy farmers.

​Ralph’s Farm deliver their free range dairy and eggs with the milk delivered in glass bottles each day. The creamy milk produced by their Pedigree Holstein friesian cows compliments Kobe’s house blend coffee perfectly.

Paul’s Quality Meats ensures their bacon and sausages are tasty and they also offer veggie sausages for vegetarian and vegan customers too.

​Alimentari Di Alberti provides the Kobe team with the freshest fruit and vegetables straight from the markets each day and Rogers Bakery has won great taste awards for its Seeded Malthouse bread along with an additional GOLD in the world bread awards for their Sourdough and Foccacia.
