Saddleworth WI January 2020 meeting

What a great atmosphere from start to finish at the first Saddleworth WI members meeting of 2020.

Saddleworth WI Members welcomed guest speaker, Michelle Nye of Chocolates and Truffles.

Michelle gave entertainment with chocolate – what more could you want?  Michelle spoke about her journey from the NHS to Chocolatier, set a quiz, on chocolate of course and then finally a Chocolate Tasting!!

The correct way to taste chocolate is to hold your nose, place the chocolate on the tongue to melt and release the nose. That way you can taste all the flavours within the chocolate.

The members certainly enjoyed Michelle’s talk – smiles all round.
